Our day-to-day operations are led by our Executive Director who oversees a small staff including a Social Services Program Manager, Health and Psychological Wellness Program Manager, Advocacy & Outreach Program Manager, Legal Services Program Manager, two Clinical Case Managers, and an Operations Manager.

We also have excellent volunteer staff who assist with program coordination within PATHS International such as our employment assistance program and our truth speakers program. At any given time, PATHS International has between 3-6 graduate and undergraduate interns, as well as loyal volunteers who build PATHS International capacity to serve and empower survivors.

What We Believe In

  • Survivors and victims of human right abuse are one of the strongest and most effective voices in the campaign to abolish torture and all kind of human right abuse in the globe.

  • PATHS International survivor-advocates and victims of human right abuse must build solidarity with other advocacy groups and the global community of survivors and victims of human right of all kind.

  • Family members as well as survivors of all forms of torture, ill-treatment and political violence are invited to join the global movement for the abolition of torture and freedom from all kind of human right abuse.

  • Friends of PATHS International are non-survivor supporters of the organization US and INTERNATIONAL and its members.  They play a vital role in all aspects of the organization and are welcome in US and INTERNATIOANL to join us.

  • PATHS International is concerned not only with the prevention of torture and human right abuse but also addresses its aftermath, the individual survivor, victims of human right abuse, family, community, and society.

  • The voices of all survivors and victims of human right abuse must be heard equally in PATHS International decision-making.
